 Team Notes/Questions:
* Why is there a $1,400 Cell Phone Allowance? Who uses this and what is the reason for having it as a City Expense?      101-0201-411.11-24

* NOTE: In 2016 the budget for the Clerk's Office was $375,011 and it is now $553,856 which is an increase of $178,845 in just 3 years.
